WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Each box is made with love to order. If you are unhappy with your order please let us know. We are a small business who really value our relationship with you and your kiddos. We want our products to be a tool to make your life easier, full of more imagination, & independent play that doesn't involve a screen!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We do our best to accommodate you when possible! Our turn around time is currently 1-2 weeks. If you need your order sooner please let us know. I'm a mama of 2. A lunch packer. A potty trainer. & so much more. We're so grateful for your decision to support our small business. We know that often times it takes more planning & early shopping to do so. We're so grateful for you!
HOW BIG ARE THE BOXES?
Most people are surprised with how large our full size boxes are. The pictures are deceiving. Full Size Playdough Kits are both 13 X 8 ish. On The Go Kits are: 7.6 X 6.75 X 2.25 inches. Dough on the Go Jars are 12oz. Our regular play dough jars are 8oz. each.
WHAT IS YOUR DOUGH MADE OUT OF?
Our dough is all natural and non toxic. NONE of the yucky stuff! Thats important to us. Ingredients are: flour, vegetable oil, salt, cream of tarter and water. All of our dough is made in our home kitchen and is free of any chemicals! GLUTEN FREE DOUGH AVAILABLE.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED OUT OF?
The answer to this question has recently changed! We traded city life in Los Angeles, CA for 5 acres in Franklin, TN and are loving it! We are loving getting plugged into our new community and meeting so many new friends! Follow us on Instagram for a little bit of fun farm life & maybe a little chicken content!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently only ship within the US. We are hoping to go international soon! Thanks for all the interest!
WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR SUPPLIES AND SMALL PARTS?
ALL OVER! Thats part of the fun. We love finding the perfect complements to our fun kit themes. This is part of what makes us stand out. All kits are not created exactly the same. We are not AMAZON! We love finding the perfect toys, cookie cutters & loose parts for our kits. Unfortunately, we continue to see so many of our favorite kit items out of stock or hard to come by. Please by patient with us and see the beauty in our unique designs! Creating curated playdough kits for your children is such a magical thing! I take that job very seriously!

YES! we love custom orders. Message us for details and pricing.
WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME ON RESIN LETTER ORDERS?
Each set of resin letters is made by hand just for you. We say our turn around time is 2 weeks or less. Always feel free to ask us if you need for a special occasion or sooner then expected. We can usually accommodate.
HOW HAS COVID-19 IMPACTED OUR BUSINESS?
Some of our supplies have become very hard to get our hands on in a quickly manner. We are doing our best to continue the same level of quality and commitment to you guys! Thank you for your patience.
ARE YOUR RESIN LETTERS NON-TOXIC?
YES! We use FDA approved NON TOXIC FOOD GRADE RESIN. We know that little learners love to explore using their mouths and we don’t want to discourage that! After all, we learn with all of our 5 senses and by taking in the world around us. Our letters are safe if chewed and may even look good enough to eat. Although we wouldn’t recommend it!
